As Managing Director of Shanghai Alliance Financial Services Co., Ltd (“SAFS”), Ms. Wang is responsible for overseeing the company's internal audit and compliance management. Since joining Shanghai Alliance Investment Ltd in 2003, Ms. Wang has served as an analyst and senior analyst in the business development department and project manager and deputy department manager of the financial services investment department. Ms. Wang is currently the General Manager of the Strategic Investment Management Department of Shanghai Alliance Investment Ltd. She concurrently serves as the director of Sino-US United MetLife Insurance Company Limited and the Chief Supervisor of Sinotherapeutics Inc.. Ms. Wang Yanqing obtained a bachelor's and master's degree in Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

In addition, Mr. Xiao also serves on the board of directors of several companies, including the directors of Shanghai Simtek New Technology Co.,Ltd., Shanghai Alliance Financial Services Co. Ltd and Shanghai Simedia Magneto-Electronic Co.,Ltd, and the supervisor of Sinotherapeutics Inc.. Mr. Xiao Fei graduated from Fudan University with a bachelor's degree and completed his master's degree from Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology.

Since joining Shanghai Qianrong Investment Co., Ltd. in 2021, Ms.Xiao, as a shareholder representative, has participated in the management of Lianhe Financial Investment Incubation Enterprises to maximize the value of the shareholding. Ms.Xiao previously served as the head of Lianhe Financial Research Department and managed projects such as the research of quantitative analysis models and the construction of consumer finance ABS index. Ms.Xiao actively participated in various projects of China Securitization Forum CSF, an industry organization, including the Information Disclosure and Investor Education Research Group of China Securitization Professional Committee, and the preparation of the annual meeting of China Securitization Forum. Ms.Xiao obtained a dual bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and Finance from East China University of Science and Technology, and a master's degree in Cancer Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Leicester, UK.

Since joining Shanghai Alliance Investment Ltd (“SAIL”) in 2006, Ms. Xie held various responsibilities, including legal affair assistant, deputy director, and director of the legal affairs department. Ms. Xie is currently the deputy manager of the legal affairs department of SAIL, and concurrently serves as the supervisor of Shanghai Zhaoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and Sino-US United MetLife Insurance Company Limited. Ms. Xie Yu obtained a master's degree in civil and commercial law from East China University of Political Science and Law and obtained certificates such as Certified Public Accountant, legal professional qualification, tax advisor, and intermediate economist.
